I was an employee for Nordstrom W H at first i loved the idea of this job and was happy to be apart of this Company!! Let me remind u that previous calls where ended due to service failure which is considered a mistake but because i mistakenly disconnected one call i was terminated after a month of it happening. I have been working for Nordstrom for almost 5 years. When I feel I have been bullied now it is my limit. On Wednesday December 23, I was in early for my am shift and told to punch in because my store manager wanted to talk to me. I went to Kathy Keegans office and she said to me that I had an offensive conversation on the shuttle bus with the Macys employee-according to the Westfield Management man on board.

The Pentagon City store has the worst management and customer service I have seen. I went to exchange a price of fine jewelry that my sister purchases as a gift, not wanting to tell her I decided to use the return policy to exchange. This store is 45 minutes away. Well needless to say and once again I have been treated like I stole the item.

So what happened to customer service and management according to Nordstrom in this store? Stereotyping customers and treating them like so is going to destroy a good company. Her top focus was on providing me with the best product based off of what my needs and desires were. I initially brought a suit in for alteration after loosing over 40 pds. I did not tell her why this Hugo Boss suit meant so much to me. He passed two weeks before I graduated from my business program at PSU. I was much heavier then, and the suit was purchased from another helpful representative in your downtown location. Leesa took the time to help me with setting up the alterations which were absolutely perfectly done.

Because I had lost so much weight I feared that the pants would never be able to be taken in. I was advised by the seamstress that I may be looking at buying another suit. Leesa was awesome in making some suggestions on some business casual attire that was within my budget after the suit was checked in. She did not attempt to sell me the most expensive item, she sold me the one that looked the best, fit the best, and was within my budget. I have since returned to this store to pick up my alterations, and again Leesa exceeded my expectations when I inquired about a new dress shirt.

It was not the most expensive shirt offered, it was the one she felt looked best on me. If upper management reads this, this long time employee needs to be recognized. The new magnificent store built in Jacksonville, FL is such a disappointment. The sales associates are ample but the customer service is seriously lacking. Nordstrom is a great quality company that my family has shopped at in Orlando for many years. Our only issue was the location in Florida Mall where all the tourists go looking for bargains. We are very disappointed that Nordstrom has apparently left Orlando when they should have relocated to i the Millennium Mall among the other quality stores. The Rack store Nordstrom placed there is not good enough. There is rumor that Bloomingdale may leave the Mall so perhaps Nordstrom will take over the space and give Orlando another try.

Immediately, she took a look at the pair and advised she is not able to do anything since it had been worn. It is impossible to damaged such pair in 2 hours of being worn, that is ridiculous, product looks brand new.

I did not see where that statement was heading nor was it relevant to the current situation. Also, one other issue that occurred was that I also had asked that she help me cancel an order for the same pair that I had the store place for me in a different color. I do not understand as product has not shipped so why is it that I am not able to cancel the order?

I am paying for the shipping fee and feel that I should not have to do so since I am wanting to cancel an order that has not even shipped? It is very hard for me to work with a representative when I feel that I am not being helped.

They will take our money for high end products all day long, but make it nearly possible to resolve or just return should there be a problem with it.
